Screen Mirror - Cast to TV ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

A. Permissions & Device Data
To provide screen mirroring and media casting services, the App requires access to certain features on your device. We only request permissions necessary for core functionality:
• Screen Capture (MediaProjection): Used to capture your screen content for mirroring to a TV or PC. This data is processed in real-time and is NOT stored or transmitted to our servers.
• Audio Recording: Used to capture system or microphone audio during mirroring sessions.
• Storage (Photos/Videos/Audio): Access to your local media files is required to cast them to a larger display.
• Network & Wi-Fi State: Required to discover and connect to streaming devices (Smart TVs, Chromecasts, etc.) on the same network.
• Location & Nearby Devices: Required by Android for scanning and connecting to nearby Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled displays. We do NOT track your physical location.
• Notifications: Used to show the active streaming status in the system notification panel.
B. Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we may collect certain information automatically through third-party services (like Google AdMob), including:
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Advertising ID (AD_ID)
• App usage statistics (crashes, session duration)
2. How We Use Information
We use the information collected to:
• Facilitate high-performance screen mirroring and media casting.
• Provide a personalized advertising experience through Google AdMob.
• Improve App stability and fix technical bugs.
• Ensure secure connections between your devices.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. However, we use the following third-party services:
• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to serve personalized ads. You can manage your ad preferences in your device's Google settings.
• Firebase/Google Analytics: Used to monitor app performance and user engagement.
4. Data Security
The screen mirroring data (video and audio) is transmitted directly over your local Wi-Fi network or USB connection. We do not store this data on any cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any non-personal data collected.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
6. Your Rights
Under various privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, delete, or limit the use of your data. Since we do not collect personal identifiers like names or emails, your primary control is through:
• Revoking app permissions in System Settings.
• Resetting your Advertising ID in Google Settings.
• Uninstalling the App.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
